Sweet, fruit-forward and delicate. This coffee brings together 50% Gesha and 50% Castillo from Cauca, Colombia. Grown at 1,800–2,000m and washed to highlight its clear sweetness, bright citrus and floral character.
The first sip opens with ripe lychee. Soft peach-jelly sweetness follows, lifted by bergamot and fresh lemon peel. White florals leave a clean, graceful finish.

COLOMBIA CAUCA JELLY LYCHEE — LYCHEE SWEETNESS AND A CLEAN FLORAL FINISH
What makes a cup both sweet and fruit-forward, yet clean and delicate at the finish? A promising growing region in Cauca, an elevation of 1,800–2,000m, and a blend of Gesha and Castillo, washed to bring out the coffee’s clarity.
In the cup, ripe lychee meets gentle peach-jelly sweetness. Bergamot and lemon peel add brightness before white florals close with a clean finish. Each sip is sweet, expressive and finely balanced.
About the roastery
Epic Coffee Roaster has roasted coffee in Saigon since 2014. We tune each drum-roast batch for our own bar and partners across Vietnam.
